Answer: The most important elements of the Affordable care act in relation to community and public health as it reduces the increase in the healthcare rates. The Affordable care act covers mostly all kinds of health insurance policies. It also includes the treatment of mental disorders as well as chronic diseases.

The nurse plays major roles in the implementing the Affordable care act as by providing better quality of care to the patients by preventing the development or occurance of the other diseases.
