Answer #1

The affordable care act made huge impact on Human Resources planning at major hospitals, community clinics and county health departments.

Approximately thirty million Americans are expected to gain health insurance through the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and a healthy and substantial workforce will be needed to meet the increased demand.

The health care industry is already facing a critical shortfall of health professionals over the next decade. The ACA breaks the promises of access and quality of care for all Americans by escalating the shortage and increasing the burden and stress on the already weak system.

The ACA’s attempts to address the shortage are unproven and restricted in scope, and the significant financial investment will not produce results for years due to the training pipeline. With the ACA’s estimated One Ninety million hours of paperwork annually imposed on businesses and the health care industry, combined with shortages of workers, patients will be facing delay in admission and treatment , comparatively limited access to providers. Caregivers have to spend less time with patients and there will be less satisfaction among patients. The health care workforce is facing more stress and instability, and a major redesign of the workforce is needed to extend care to millions of Americans.

Health care organizations should take adequate steps to provide quality staffing. They should hire are train more less experienced staff and they should hire from colleges and train them to meet the workforce requirements.

Health care organization should Reform Medicare and Medicaid payments to better reward primary care

There should be funding to support graduate nursing education
