Answer #1

1. Switzerland has the most effective strategy for controlling healthcare costs because they act as or use the universal health care system. Everyone there has to pays the insurance and the government pays for the poor ones . Everybody is entitled under insurance coverage and no one goes bankrupt by paying the bills. Even though they have GDP less than U.S but the other criterias are efficient and fulfilled by the government for their citizens.

2. No, U.S should not adopt the healthcare cost control measures similar to any of the countries mentioned in the documentary.

Like every individual has their own way of doing the task ,in the same way every country has its own way to deal with or work. U.S must develop it's own strategies to deal with the healthcare cost because every country has its own needs , diversity , rules and regulations , culture , practice, public , perspective which is different from other countries and they need different approach and tactics to deal with their issues as compared to other countries .

The strategies must include :-

- providing healthcare services at a minimum feasible cost

- every individual must be included in the or have a insurance coverage irrespective of the disease , occupation , class in the society

- government should take the charges of people who can't pay or exempt them
