1st structure - the nitrogen atom is bonded to 4 different groups. Hence, it is a choral centre.

2nd structure - the carbon atom attached to OH group has four different environment. Thus, it is chiral in nature.

3rd structure - the molecule is achiral as none of the atoms have all different atoms or groups surrounded by it.
