How might label changes, for example the ice cream label described in the video, affect a consumer’s choice when shopping for, and comparing frozen desserts?

Label changes not only in ice cream ,in every food product or any other things affects the consumers choice because the consumer might be buying it due to presence of several ingredients in that food which they like for example if a consumer is pure vegetarian he will buy only those food items which have the green mark ,and if in reality label change has occurred and consumer is not aware ,he have to eat that non -vegetarian food item and break his cultural values and beliefs due the mistake done by the manufacturer company .
