Ways to reduce the risk of bladder cancer ;

  • The major and pointing factor for the cause of developing bladder cancer is among the person who smoke regularly and using other related products, So if the individual try to get rid of them, he will possibly prevent himself from this dangerous one.
  • Every individual and especially older must need to protect himself from all kind of chemical things radiation or exposure.
  • Improper life style play a certain in causing this type of cancerous disease, So individuals needs to accommodate himself with proper and regular lifestyle which suggested by related professionals.
  • Unnecessary medics, or over the counter drugs usage or any prolonged usage of certain drugs will manipulate the internal cell working and its properties. So Individuals need to avoid them.

Bladder cancer patient teaching;

As a health care provider, it is the responsibility to teach the respected patient with bladder cancer about the risky things, its root cause, its adverse reaction in the body and its way to follow up the treatment  upto the maximum.

  • teach the patient about the risk factors from over smoking, usage of tobacco containing products and tell them cease this habit as soon as possible
  • Explain the patient how to be comfort while voiding urine and ask them to immediately intimate to us when they experience any problem or discomfort while voiding
  • Explain how to use and how to regular while they are in the chemo, Also explain the certain important function of those chemo drugs.
  • Advice them drink more amount of fluid containing food items and avoid the chatty foods or junk food items as they like before.

  • Where do exactly feel the pain?
  • Do you realize any discomfort or pain while voiding?
  • Have you had vomited or nauseated in the past day?
  • Had you ever know that you had stone in your kidney?
  • Did you see blood while your passing urine?

  • What kind of food that you always prefer to eat and drink?
