Reschedule the work, schedule the sample collection by 5 am and arrange physician's rounds by 7.45 am.

Allot time to to phlebotomy team, and ask them to complete the work within limited period, before the arrival of physicians.

Delegate the work to phlebotomy team and divide the patients into 50 per group.

So that each team can complete their duty for 50 patients
