The main strategy which facilitated the implementation of information system are

• To reduce the time spent unnecessary
• For faster actions
• To deliver error free patient care
• To increase the time spent with the patient
• To accurately read and monitor patiwnt vital statistics and be alert and prevent consequences and complications

The main barrier to implementation are

• High cost to get the devices
• Maintainance  issues
• Good trained technical staffs to handle any faults in the devices
• Lack or inadequate training to the nurses
• Lack of competency to use the technologies
