preventive action procedure may include
Analysing data (8.4) and setting objectives (5.4.1)
Clarifying customer requirements (8.3 and 7.3)
Applying a proven corrective action (8.5.2) to other areas of the

8.5.3 Preventative Action
Preventive action should be considered as a proactive undertaking.
For example, if we anticipate a potential problem and take action
to eliminate the causes and prevent the occurrence of that problem,
this is considered to be preventive action.
To understand what an auditor will look for, see the Auditing Preventive Action paper on ISO 9000 Auditing Practices Groups' website.
Our Quality Manual Template includes the preventive action procedure already documented for you.

Compare and contrast the differences between the concepts of cyber security, information assurance, and risk management. Where in the security industry would each concept apply? What are the pros and cons of each? If your school or organization were to adopt one concept, which would it be? Why?
Compare and contrast one pair from the following concepts: alienation, anomie, and disenchantment. Make sure you define each concept. How are they similar? How are they different? The best answers will use more than one example.
First, select two concepts from at least two terminology systems. Next, compare and contrast how they are similar or dissimilar. Concepts may be obtained from CCC, NIC, NOC, UMLS, SNOMED, and ICNP.
Compare and contrast the mechanisms of action of nondepolarizing and depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agents and state how these actions influence the use of one class rather than the other in specified clinical situations.
EEO, affirmative action, and diversity: Compare and contrast equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and diversity. Define each and provide examples of how each is applied in the workplace. Learning objectives: 3-4 Discuss the differences among equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and diversity. 3-7 Discuss trends in HRM including the role of technology in diversity management and sexual orientation and gender identity discrimination.
2. Compare and contrast the general sites and mechanisms of action of reserpine, clonidine, and methyldopa with those of drugs that block adrenergic receptors (for example, propranolol and phentolamine). 3. Explain the factors that lead to and the characteristics of the “rebound” phenomenon associated with sudden discontinuation of clonidine. 4. How responses to the main classes of adrenergic agonists would be affected.
Compare and contrast graded potentials and action potentials, with particular attention to their locations in the neuron and the ions and ion channels involved in each. Label a voltage-versus-time diagram of an action potential with the ions involved in each phase, the direction of their movement across the membrane, and the terms depolarize, repolarize, and hyperpolarize. Describe the physiological process involved in the conduction (propagation) 2 of an actic potential, including the types and locations of the ion channels involved....
Compare and contrast glycoproteins and glycation products; include at least one similarity and one difference. Give an example of each.
