• The four ways to search for a job are as follows:-

1. Networking:- One of the convenient way for finding a job is through the networks. Personal networks helps an individual to get the job through the networks. Under this an individual can ask his friends or colleagues or family to get you a job.
2. Job Fairs:- Another way of getting the job is through the job fairs. Job fair is a kind of event where employers and employees meet at the common plateform for the purpose of recruitment and selection.
3. Recruitment Agencies:- An individual looking for the job can apply in the recruitment agencies by providing them the curriculum vitae. The recruitment agencies work as an agent and act as a link between the companies and individuals.
4. Social Media:- It is the modern plateform through which an individual can get the job. Social media is the plateform in which the company advertise for the posts and job vacancies on the social media i.e. instagram, linkedin and facebook. An individual can apply through such plateforms for the job.
