4. Slow twitch muscle fiber is good for doing long endurance exercise . The exercise could be running or swimming. This is because slow twitch muscle fiber have more mitochondria and myoglobin that provide constant energy to perform exercise.

5. Fast twitch muscle is good for doing jump squats, kettle bell swings, back squats. This is because due anaerobic metabolism to create fuel to provide the exercise like jump squats.
