The voltage discharge eqation is V = V_{0} e^{-t/\tau }

Where 7 = the time constant of the circuit = RC

so if we plot voltage vs time it will be exponential curve.

So from the above graph we find the time constant =    \frac{1}{0.015}

= 66.67
