Corporate culture helps to identify whether the company will run or not in the future. Corporate culture emerges with the shared experience of the members. It shows the culture of the organization and its values. With this culture, employees and management understand what is required out of them. They will try to work according to the norms and values. There is a transparent cut chain of command.
Zappos and Google are real-life examples of healthy work culture. The team is clear on companies' goals and has a compensation structure or recognition for their employees.
Where employees are not clear with the objectives and have various opinions regarding the company's vision and mission, then culture is a weak corporate culture. The company is not organized and requires extra effort and time to complete a simple task. Weak culture can be advantageous for the company so that no member can modify it and start a new thing independently. The real-life example of weak corporate culture is Forever 21.
