The above staement is True

Tight coupling (or tightly coupled) is a type of coupling in which  system's hardware and software are not only linked together, but are also dependant upon each other. In a tightly coupled system we work in a specific part of the system but software is dependent on other parts so we need to split and synchrozie them together to do the work .Like OS ia tighlty coupled system

A ForkNode is a ControlNode that splits a flow into multiple concurrent flows. It can have exactly one incoming ActivityEdge, and many  outgoing ActivityEdges.

A JoinNode is a ControlNode that synchronizes multiple flows. It can have exactly one outgoing ActivityEdge but many incoming ActivityEdges.

SO these two nodes are used in Tightly coupled system
