B. To implement a new IT system successfully, a company has to undergo changes drastically. Explain four reasons as to why people resist the changes.

• Health gadjets usage in IT companies need to be used effectively, to make sure people concentrate on their health simulataneouly being enagaged in work.
• Updating to advanced application/tools and enhncing the work effectively and delivering the assgnments on time with minimal efforts.
• Make sure concentrate on current buniess needs, tools need to be developed and programmed.
• Smart technology / cloud is furure and managers starting investing time and effirts to capture.

B) To undergo changes in a company requires many changes to the existing infrastructure which requires investment and also there will be many considerations need to take care of.Some main reasons for resisting are

• Hardware computability issues : Existing hardware need to be changed because the new technology or applications may not support the existing hardware
• Training :- All the employees must get trained inorder to work with new technology which again requires money and also lot of time.
• Also new employees must need to recruited inorder to maintain the new technology.
• Also all the existing data need to be updated to new system which might be a chance to loss the data.
• Data breach might be happened which might be a security issue and there are so many issues liek this .

For this reason people will resist the changes unless it is must .
