If the interior is cooled and solidified, then the lithospheric plates would not be moving towards or away from each other, resulting in no earthquakes or creation of mid oceanic ridge. Volcanoes would cease to exist because of the solid inner Earth. The Earth's magnetic field would also disappear thus allowing the harmful particles of the Sun reach the Earth's surface. Those solar winds can even dry up the oceans. The atmosphere would also get thinner. It would be impossible to survive in such conditions. In short, the Earth will become a cold planet without any geological activities.
