Hypothesis: Urbanization is the ever growing constant feature of modern world. The growth of urbanization brought the growth of urban poor due to the disproportionate distribution of economic growth. In order to achieve a level playing ground for further development, it is a huge concern that developing countries deals with the problem of various forms of inequality. From the governmental action, service delivery is a huge factor in realizing the goal of achieving equality.
Experiment: The targeted country taken is from Asia where targeted delivery is a government mission. The targeted delivery is in the field of universal health schemes, pensions and public distribution of rice, wheat etc.Lets take an experiment by tallying the population and the actual beneficiaries of a comparatively populated city. The disproportion at which the number people comes under the radar of government service delivery and outside of it would reflect the magnitude of the efficiency of the service delivery.
Conclusion: The conclusion derived could be unbiased as the data collected and the experimental survey done is based on empirical evidences. Though the government has the number of its population but when it comes to the delivery the targets are missing. Various indicators could prove how people are subjectively alienated from the targeted service delivery.
