The physical structure : It will include the over all layout of the club such as the building, its architecture, the furniture, available ventilation, infrastructure , aesthetics, ambience, placement of equipments, operational units which constitutes the overall structure of the fitness club
Resources : The resources available in the club such as machines, equipments, service units, such as Dumble, Jogger, weight lifter, treadmill etc.
Technology being used in the club such as digital readers, new equipments etc.
Systems and processes such as the training manual, sequence of activities set, instructions and follow up steps for customers.

2) Human resource Frame of a fitness club will include the following :
The satisfied experts such as sports specialists, trainers, nutritionists, advisors, etc who actually frame the policies or procedures for customers, advise them on their routines, carry out the tasks and activities and instruct them.
The happy and motivated support staff such as technicians, machine operators, guidance providers etc who are primarily employed for execution of procedures laid down by experts.

The performance of experts and their training outcome and the degree to which they have helped the customers to loose weight and become more fit.
