Answer= The term multicultural diversity refers to the manpower in any organization which belongs to different and varied cultural background. In other words, this is the word that represents the level of cultural differences that exists in a certain class of the population. The main focus of this remains on having better knowledge, respect, addressing and including the unequal power level in a certain society.

Answer= Corporate social responsibility (CSR) can be seen as a self-controlling business methodology which makes a certain organization to be more accountable and responsible towards the society in which it conducts its business activities along with with the stakeholders, common public

The three main trends in CSR are as below=

There is a lot of importance towards the environment protection by the different organizations

The organizations are now starting to focus on transparency

The firms have started to deal and address the issue of economic inequality.

Answer= The main expectations of the community form the organizations are as below-

  • The firms should not be involved in any kind of activity which can harm the interest of the community directly or indirectly
  • The firms must ensure the protection and maintenance of ecology and environment
  • The firms should try to help the community to deal with some social issues such as poverty, low education level, high unemployment
  • The firms should produce those products which can benefit society.

Answer= The main expectations of the organizations from the community areas below-

  • The society must provide the required resources for the performance of the business activities
  • No hindrance must be there from the community in the path of the business operations
  • The community must produce some talent which can be absorbed in the firms

Answer= The main objective of the community relations plan is to have some sort of relationship with the community that can benefit both the organization, community and its members. It also focuses on creating, maintaining and improving the reputation of the organization.

  • Fundraising for the various community welfare plans
  • Promoting the community event for its welfare
