Answer #1

The answer would be "a"- Intervention

This is because, "sharing personal information with my coworkers during our lunch breaks, at least 3 times within the next 2 weeks and write about it in my progress journal" is an action taken to reduce the problematic condition (which is social anxiety here). Sharing information to strangers will slowly help the client to learn to speak with strangers which they initially avoided because of the anxiety it produced. This activity is more like a hometask or assignment for the client that might reduce their social anxiety in the process eventually.

Writing the progress down in a journal (journaling) is also a postive way of making oneself know about their improvement and increase their self-esteem leading to more confidence.
