C) breakdown of food --> food gives us energy so, it is giving energy to surroundings (us)

D) person running --> exothermic, it is releasing heat (burning)

E) person growing --> requires energy (i.e. food) ... endothermic

F) graphite to diamond --> requires lost of energy, so endothermic

g) heating with furnace --> exothermic, burning chemicals to release heat energy
