Among the multiplexing schemes discussed in class, what can be considered broadband transmissions and why?
Broadband transmission uses analog signals in the form of optical or
electromagnetic waves over multiple transmission frequencies and
the transmission media must be split into two channels or signals
for both sending and receiving. So, two cables are used
one to send and one to receive transmissions.
By using multiplexing scheme, Frequency-Division Multiplexing (FDM)
multiple channels are created in a broadband system.FDM allows
broadband media to accommodate traffic going in different
directions on a single media at the same time.Hence among all multiplexing schemes
FDM is used for broadband transmission

1. In class we discussed several compensation schemes that employers may use to motivate workers. a. “Pay for performance” schemes may take several forms. One is a piece rate scheme, in which there is an explicit mathematical formula that translates workers’ output into pay. (For example, a worker might be paid $5 per unit of out put he or she produces.) A second scheme awards workers a year-end bonus that depends on their annual performance review. Question: All else equal,...
What is multiplexing and demultiplexing? How and why it is done at the transport layer? (6 Points)
1. What is "the last mile of broadband access"? Why is this a problem and what kind of impact does it have on the business world and your personal internet access (when it comes to fiber optics connectivity)? What can be done to alleviate this problem...do you see a solution anytime soon? 2. BASED ON THE ARTICLE ANSWER THE QUESTION. PLEASE AND THANK YOU. https://arstechnica.com/information-technology/2016/09/fcc-changes-cable-box-rules-to-please-industry-gets-blowback-anyway/ What impact will this have on the TV watching audience? How will it impact YOU?
Under what circumstances, and why, can the spontaneity of a process be discussed in terms of the properties of the system alone? Please note that these problems were provided by Charles Trapp and Carmen Giunta.
1. Identify and describe three of the different theories of motivation (as discussed in class). Why is it difficult to determine how to motivate other people?

In the class we discussed the class Account, suppose we have a constructor accepting one number as the parameter to indicate the initial balance for the Account object. What does the computer do when it executes the following statements? What are the differences between the two statements? Try to give as complete an answer as possible. Account[] accl= new Account[30]; Account acc2-new Account (30);
What are three types of loops discussed in Chapter 5? What are differences and similarities among them? What loop you should use in a particular kind of applications? Please participate this discussion. the language is java.
