Current ratio=Current assets/Current Liabilities

Current liabilities=(20,000/2.5)=$8,000

Quick ratio=(Current assets-Inventory)/Current Liabilities

1.2=(20,000-Inventory)/8000

Inventory=20,000-(1.2*8000)

=$10,400
