Answer #1

Answer- Psychological profiles provide employees an excuse for underperformance in the way that when employees get to know that they are not emotionally stable then they become very nervous and they lose confidence that they will get hampered in their professional life, so they may give an excuse that they were in mental stress and hence not able to perform well .
