My Own Project – I would like to open a “Call Center” at Ney York, for less than $ 50000 in time period of 12 months. The purpose of this Call center is to provide the customer care service for Corporates in the US region.

The project includes the key things as below

1. Begin-end: We would like to begin the project of “Call Center” in the Ney York city so that we can offer better customer care services and helps the corporates to function effectively in managing their customers across the global. This will begin in Start of the next yea 2020 and planning to run it for longer duration.
2. Unique: This is a unique kind of business that will be offering technical service mainly for the automobile sector so that we can explore the expertise of our core team in the automobile segment. This will target to deliver high quality services for the customers.
3. Construction Triple: The construction triple are the three key things that will be acting as constraint in the project construction like project lead time, project cost and project construction quality. These will be acting as construction triple for this project.
4. Deliverable: The key deliverables will be to deliver technical service to the corporate parties so that they can manage their technical field issues satisfactorily and improve their customer satisfaction and retention. The high technical team capable in delivering high technical services that can resolve the customer issues in the field.
5. Five Project Stakeholders – The PS which are visible will be the inventors who are investing for this Call Center business in Ney York location, the partners who are working in this project, the corporates customers whom we will be delivering services, the employees who will be working in this operations. Shareholders who owns the shares of the Call Center. The IS-invisible stakeholder will be the direct consumers who will get benefited with these services, the government and community who got the job opportunity etc.
6. Objective – The objective is to deliver the call Center services so that we can help the corporates in managing their customers with their technical issues in the field and we can generate god revenue for our business model.
