Solution : Oftentimes, This statement is True because whenever a program runs, the program window appears at the same time. Also, the appeared program window tells that the execution of the program is under progress. And once we click on the close button which is present on the right top corner, the execution of the program gets terminated or we can say that the program gets stopped from running.

Hence, we can say that If a window is a program window, then clicking the Close button also stops the program from running.
