Here is an example from my professional experience where I identified and implemented improvement in work processes/ activities:

• Problem - The production and marketing team were working really hard but the growth was stagnant for a long period of time. There was an increase in cost but the revenue and profits were not increasing.
• Cause of Problem - There was a lack of communication and synergy between the teams. Both production and marketing team were working in isolation without understanding key issues with the product.
• Solution - I got both team leaders and managers together and made them brainstorm the issue. After reading many customer reviews they realised that product needs upgrade and modifications and once that is done both marketing & production team won't face issues and growth will start to happen.

Here is how I would communicate the savings and productivity/ service achievements to the relevant person within or outside the organisation:

• Team building activities: I will build a case study around it and share with all the team members to make them understand the relevance of synergy, communication and listening to customers.
• Recognize team members within the organisation who took steps to improve the product/service.
• Prepare case reports for stakeholders: The growth will be shown in revenues to all external stakeholders making them understand that we are a valuable brand.
• Social Media posts thanking customers for their feedback making people understand that we value them and we are growing as an organisation.
