c language why is not a good idea for an identifier to contain more than one adjacent underscore (as in current balance,for example)

It makes difficult to read the program because we can't understand how many exact underscores it has

like current__balance. now you can' t say how many it has exactly so that is the reason it is not good practice to have more than 1 underscore
