what happened which would tell us about description of the events or situation;
when it happened includes the dates and times of the events or incidents;
where it happened the place or workplace
who witnessed the events or incidents; and
any supporting documents or material, such as letters, notes or offensive pictures, connected to the behaviour or course of conduct that you are complaining about.
3-I would ask questions on any of the protected grounds when the information is related to job and information is required that performance of job depends on that.
for example- In a factory i need a worker who can do heavy lifting so if a disable person with weak arms and legs applied for the job then i would ask him question that are you capable of doing heavy lifting. this show that his disability restrict him to perform the actual job.in law we can say it bona fide occupational qualification.
on application form like after employment we can ask information for like for income tax purposes or for the purpose of administering pension or other benefits .
