Proactive measures of dealing with construction site pollution are as follows,

• Cover the area of construction with plastic sheets which prevent spreading the dust around the nearby areas.
• Have designated areas for specific material to minimize the pollution. Identify these areas before the construction begins.
• Keep the planning and structure of the construction site in mind and manage the material so as to make sure the wastage of material is low which can lead to more pollutants because of wastage.

The reactive measures of dealing with construction site are as follows,

• Clear the waste from the construction site on a regular interval of time and stop it from accumulating.
• Plant more trees around the construction site which over the course of time will help in reducing pollution.
• Gauge the amount of pollution actually happening and its resources and making sure of these cause of pollution are eliminated or controlled.
