Workmen's compensation is something that the worker has the right to enjoy all in all and this is because of the fact that it should be inclusive of the work and the basic requirement that a company can get to provide its workers all in all. However, since it is considered as a benefit, it shouldn't be done as a case of liability as we get to live in a globalised world where employee welfare matters a lot and also along with the salary, it can be mentioned that there must be additional benefit from it and it isn't fair if he pays liability as it would be same with any other insurance policy all in all.
