An organization’s culture is shaped as the organization faces external and internal challenges and learns how to deal with them. When the organization’s way of doing business provides a successful adaptation to environmental challenges and ensures success, those values are retained.

Humans are collective animals and the shared development of' operating values' that allow group existence requires sustaining relationships over a period of time.  This is a natural and hardwired phenomenon that involves deliberate thought and commitment only in the most macro-personal exchange stages.

The morphology of our bodies, physiological similarity, hereditary tenderness to society and particularity, as well as other specific physical features, render us a key factor in building up culture simply because we live nearby.

There are many common psychosocial and neurobiological mechanisms that affect how and why society progresses in a specific way, and even modern humans can't fully explain it.

Culture is essentially a definition of the development, effect and progression of group behavior in the course of time.  Art, architecture, statistical structures, dress style, social philosophy, culture, and all the other things we may partake in are forms that are initially seen to be helpful for overall survival.
