Cpk indicates the closeness of the process to the specification limits. Larger index display more variation and smaller index shows a more stable process.

If the Cpk for the average worker and manager working in different countries and cultures is a bigger number, it would mean that the economic, political and social environments vastly vary and have an intense impact on the capability of the worker or manager.

Hence the Cpk value can be used to measure the impact of economic, political and social environment on an individual's performance, capability and finally throughput
