The process that ensures future projects to be implemented and conducted effectively and efficiently includes the following:

1. identification of the project goals: it is always vital to focus on what is being achieved and how it will be achieved. To do this there is a need to understand who will be the stakeholders, the needs of the stakeholders, their priorities and how to convert the measurable goals.

2. Identification of the project deliverables and it includes the identification of the goals and breaking it into different parts.

3. Establishment scheduling of the project: The subsequent step includes the breaking of the deliverable into tasks so that it can be performed to receive desired results.

4. Creation of support plans: It includes the names of the individuals who will be actively participating in the project. Furthermore, it involves the framing of risk mitigation plans, communication plan, human resource plan.

5. Execution of a project- this will involve the right team to perform the job, along with a timely and strong decision-making body, clear and open communication.
