This should be done in C. I have the code written to where it gives me the output however it is out of order from where it should be.
The input should be 5 3 -7 3 5 -7 3 the output should be
-7 occurs 2 times
3 occurs 3 times
5 occurs 2 times.
My issue is I believe I need a bubble sort before my last loop but am unsure how to do it.
#include <stdio.h>
int main()
{
int arr[100], freq[100];
int size, i, j,count;
printf("Enter size of array: ");
scanf("%d", &size);
printf("Enter elements in array: ");
for(i=0; i<size; i++)
{
scanf("%d", &arr[i]);
freq[i] = -1;
}
for(i=0; i<size; i++)
{
count = 1;
for(j=i+1; j<size; j++)
{
/* If duplicate element is found */
if(arr[i]==arr[j])
{
count++;
/* Make sure not to count frequency of same element again */
freq[j] = 0;
}
}
/* If frequency of current element is not counted */
if(freq[i] != 0)
{
freq[i] = count;
}
}
for(i=0; i<size; i++)
{
if(freq[i] != 0)
{
printf("%d occurs %d times\n", arr[i], freq[i]);
}
}
return 0;
}
#include <stdio.h>
void BubbleSort(int a[], int n)
{
int i, j;
int x;
for( i = 0 ; i < n - 1 ; i++)
{
for( j = 0 ; j < n - i - 1 ; ++j)
{
if (a[ j + 1 ] < a[ j ])
{
// swap the j and j + 1 th element of a
x = a[j];
a[ j ] = a[ j + 1 ];
a[ j + 1 ] = x;
}
}
}
}
int main()
{
int arr[100], freq[100];
int size, i, j,count;

9. The purpose of the following program is to generate 10 random integers, store them in an array, and then store in the freq frequency array, the number of occurrences of each number from 0 to 9. Can you find any errors in the program? If yes, correct them. #include <stdio.h> #include <stdlib.h> #include <time.h> #define SIZE 10 int main(void) int i, num, arr[SIZE], freq[SIZE]; srand (time (NULL)); arr[1] rand(); SIZE; for(i i 〈 i++) num arr[i]; freq[num]++; printf("InNumber occurrences...
Hello, I have my piece of C programming code and I have a pointer initialized to point to my array and I need help to display the contents of my array using a while loop or do-while loop. The stop condition should be when the pointer reaches '\0'. The code is below: #include <stdio.h> int main () { char array[80]; printf("Enter a string: "); scanf("%[^\n]", &array); printf("%s\n", array); char * p; p = array; }
I ONLY NEED PART 4 I HAVE DONE 1,2,3 Arrays This assignment is designed in small progressive parts, with the intention of developing the skill of working with arrays. Do each part separately. Include in your submission the code and output for Part I, then the code and output for Part 2, etc. into a Word document. Specification: Part 1. Write a main function that declares an array of 10 int’s. Assign each element in the array a value between...
I am trying to figure out why my C code is outputting "exited, segmentation fault". The game is supposed to generate 4 random numbers and store them in the "secret" array. Then the user is suppose to guess the secret code. The program also calculates the score of the user's guess. For now, I printed out the random secret code that has been generated, but when the game continues, it will output "exited, segmentation fault". Also, the GetSecretCode function has...
How can I convert the following C code to MIPS Assembly? +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ MIPS main program ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ .data # Defines variable section of an assembly routine. array: .word x, x, x, x, x, x, x, x, x, x # Define a variable named array as a word (integer) array # with 10 unsorted integer numbers of your own. # After your program has run, the integers in this array # should be sorted. .text # Defines the start of the code...
I am getting the Segmentation fault error on the Ubuntu machine
but not on macOS.
Any help would be appreciated.

Please help with this question (the two functions). I've attempted it but it's not working. We have to complete the 2 functions int largest(int * x); and void display(int *arr); (one prints the values in array and the other gets max value in array). But we can only use pointer indirection and address arithmetic to access and traverse the array. No array index [] should be used in the functions. Write a C program to do the following...in this EXACT order: a. Declare an integer array named alpha of 50 elements. b. Use a for loopt to initialize each element of alpha to its index value (e.g. alpha[0] = 0, alpha[1]=1, etc.). c. Output the value of the first element of the array alpha. d. Output the value of the last element of alpha. e. Set the value of the 25th element of the array alpha to 62 and output...
