Kaiser Permanente needed to ensure that they do business with honesty, transparency and comply by laws like OSHA laws, ACA laws and Employment laws. the greatest requirements which it need to fulfill are that It should focus on Safety of employees when they work in healthcare facilities. second requirement is related to non discriminatory activities in employment. any employee like doctor, staff nurse should be hired based on talent, knowledge and experience not based on age, gender, culture etc. third management or owner should treat employees fairly.

violation of OSHA involve The minimum penalty for each willful violation is $5,000 and the maximum fine is $70,000. If an employee is killed, the violation becomes a criminal offense with a minimum fine of $250,000 for an individual or $500,000 for a corporation .

Violation of ACA law like The penalty for not complying with the ACA's group health plan reforms is generally $100 per day, per individual, per violation, subject to the following minimum and maximum amounts: If a compliance failure is discovered by the IRS on audit, the minimum excise tax is generally $2,500 .

Penalties for discrimination in employment may lead to fine in thousands of dollars. The organization should behave in ethical manner by having a code of ethics and business conduct for all people in the organization. the safety training, privacy measures and anti discriminatory policies should be implemented to make sure legal issues not arise.
