Here is the topics we learn this week.Statistical Thinking, Research Methods in Developmental Psychology, The Replication Crisis in Psychology
Your portfolio entry will need the following:
1. Find and summarize a recent Gale Virtual Reference article that illustrates, exemplifies, or pertains to one of the developmental phenomena, theories, processes, issues, or research findings discussed this week in our course. You can choose from any phenomenon in any of the three topics.
2. Explain WHY the phenomenon, theory, process, issue or research finding applies to the article and evaluate how well it fits with what we learned about during this section.
These entries should be THOROUGH and should answer ALL of the aspects outlined above.
When you have found your own encyclopedia article, read it and relate the ideas with what the course textbook says about your chosen topic. Be sure to look at the rubric before doing the assignment - you will be graded on the relevance of your article, making connections from the article to the course material and sharing your insights, your writing, and APA citation. Keep in mind to address all of the aspects above outlined by the numbers 1 & 2 above.
1) The replication crisis in psychology is an important topic which can be discussed in detail. There are certain initiatives to understand and analyze whether the problems and scientific concepts which have been proved can be reproduced with obtaining of the same values if the experiments are repeated. This is the main aim of replication in psychology. There are several situations in which the statistical results cannot be replicated and reproduced under the same conditions of the experimental variables and standard conditions. There is lack of reproducibility of data due to lack of observation and obtaining the same results after performing the same experiment with the same variables again. There were experiments conducted by Daniel Kahnemann and Yoel Inbar which represent that the cognitive bias in people due to the differences in the way in which the experiment is presented to different people leading to formulation of different views in the society.
One of the examples of GALE virtual library is the reference of a book like--The SAGE Handbook of Qualitative Research in Psychology, 2nd Edition by Carla Willig and Wendy Stainton Rogers.
The book explains various concepts and aspects of psychology. It describes ethnography as one of the important method for understanding the statistical psychology perspectives in life. It involves the collection, analysis and interpretation of a group of observations which hold significance under experimental conditions and settings. It understands the shared cultures and traditions of people living together in the same society and following the same religious practices and customs which are important for statistical evaluation of the traditions and norms. It involves undertaking of interviews for the participants who volunteer actively to take part in research with development and recording of the interviews in the form of movies and cinematography. There should be presence of self-reflexivity in research. The study involves the participants for analysis of cultures and traditions of specific communities or views about the harmful effects of world war on the life of people in society. There is collaboration research and participation of people for understanding and creativity. There is conservation analysis with development of communication and interaction network for studying the action research plans with collection of resources and materials to perform the research. There is understanding of grass roots phenomenological perspectives and Goethean tradition psychological perspectives which are important for understanding the objectives and phenomenon in life. There is another perspective of Q-psychology in life. There is grounded theory for the understanding of relationships between different groups.
These theories can be implemented for the study of psychological statistical purposes on a point scale of strongly agree, agree or disagree among the different groups of participants. The theories can be implemented for the understanding of the process of replication and reproducibility in results which can be interpreted by comparing the psychological values obtained after the conduction of the experiment. The mean, mode, standard deviation, correlation, regression and analysis of variance is observed on the standard statistical scale for understanding the results.

Journal of Marketing Journal of Marketing (JM), a bimonthly publication of the American Marketing Association (AMA), is one of the premier refereed scholarly journals of the marketing discipline. Since its founding in 1936, JM has played a significant role in the dissemination of marketing knowledge grounded in scholarly research, as well as in shaping the content and boundaries of the discipline. Two AMA objectives have a direct bearing on the publication policies of JM: (1) to lead in the development,...

Please read the article and answer about questions. You and the Law Business and law are inseparable. For B-Money, the two predictably merged when he was negotiat- ing a deal for his tracks. At other times, the merger is unpredictable, like when your business faces an unexpected auto accident, product recall, or government regulation change. In either type of situation, when business owners know the law, they can better protect themselves and sometimes even avoid the problems completely. This chapter...
