Libel:- libel is kind of process in which somebody print false things about someone in intention to create bad image or personality in public.

Consideration:- give and taking something about something is called consideration it's mostly occure in contract And it is mostly in the form of money.and without it theirs is no legal contact.

Contractual capacity:- contractual capacity is that capacity in which person are legally capable to take part in any contact. Like in India above 18 year person are contractual capable to take part in any legal contact.

Duress:-duress is kind of act in which some body are unlawfully pressurized to do something or perform something which act ordinarily that person not perform or do. It is kind of act in which person are wrongfully threatened to enter in contact too.

Fixture:- in legal concept fixuter are that property with are permanently attached to the structure and owner have legal rights to use it like fan in room etc.
