Answer #1

Jeff Bezos, Amazon's owner has become the richest person in the world with a net worth more than $100 billion. This can be attributed to the extremely rapid increase in Amazon's share value. Vertical integration is one of the main reasons behind this rapid growth. Amazon has taken a whole new level of vertical integration. Amazon's operating model is to use its scale to perform vertical integration. Next Amazon is beginning to use the services themselves. Amazon is building operational efficiencies in these services over a period of time. Amazon provides these services to other companies and customers once they have a competitive advantage over similar other services.

It wanted to be an asset-light company when Amazon started its business. Bezos believed he would simply pass on the customers ' orders to the publishers. He soon realized, however, that the order fulfillment and customer service were weak. Amazon had to construct its own warehouses as a result. Jeff Bezos has spent a great deal of time and money to create the most successful warehouses in America.

One of the best cloud computing ecosystems has also been developed by Amazon. Traditionally, Amazon's business model has relied on using computer technology to gain better insights into customer behaviour. As a result, Amazon has acquired a lot of storage space, servers, and other applications for its own use. These applications, however, were constructed in such a way that they could also be offered to other smaller companies. Small e-commerce businesses do not need to reinvent the wheel when beginning their company

Again, Amazon has the power to give the initial push to its logistics company. Once this business is more efficient than others, Amazon is likely to provide third-party customers with delivery services. This is important because everything is in the volume of logistics business. Volumes generate efficiencies and these efficiencies enable Amazon to can its operating costs and provide its customers with better services.
