Ans. (C). Intangibility of services. Services are such thing which we can not touch it or we can not taste it by touching it. Services are intangible i.e they can not be held, touched or seen before the purchase decision process. You can not taste it by touching it. Because services are performance or skill rather than an object. That is services are much more difficult for consumer to judge it.
