They say you are what you eat. And it's precisely true, if you eat healthy you are healthy if not well you're not. In today's world filled with rush and work. We're forgetting how Nobel is a healthy diet to us. This is necessary to keep practicing the good food habits in order to maintain our health. So here comes our balanced diet, balanced diet is where we get right amount of everything in our food like fat, protein, calories and carbohydrate etc.

In today's teenagers it is important to serve a plate full of nutrition and not go rouge with junk food.

So what should you eat exactly

  • Vegetable and fruits, green vegetables and seasonal fruits are very important and healthiest meal you can give to your body. It will gear up your vitamin and mineral loss.
  • Pluses, if somebody is talking about protein I guess they're talking about pulses here. Either you eat them cooked or as sprouts. Both will bring protein to your body.
  • Non vegetarian choices, starting with egg, meat, chicken, fish etc everything is filled with protein to follow up on your diet.
  • Milk or other dairy products, those are very energetic as well as vitamins and protein filled.

What you shouldn't eat

  • You should avoid as many junk food as you can.
  • You shouldn't over eat.
  • Avoid unhygienic food.

Follow those golden rules and you'll have a fit and fine life.
