Answer #1

Structural changes are the changes brought the operations of an organisation and it's economic view. These changes help in giving new phase to an organization and are a useful management intervention because these changes help in reorganizing things and the involvement of management will help in carrying the process with efficiency. Hence it is a useful management intervention. However this is not always desirable. This should only be done when the organization is out of proper strategies and the work being carried out is not as per the expectations . But when there are projects which are proceeding towards success management should not intervene with these type of changes as these might effect the projects .
