Answer:

The models/frameworks we have used to help inform our behavior and decisions as Manager in this task are as below

  • Rational Model – We used the rational model in this scenario so that we can apply the rational directions and approaches in making the right behavior and decision for the situation with meeting the rational intent in it and logical approach. This behavior and decision needs to be ethical enough and it should sound good approach overall and the employee and organization should feel the right way for future.
  • Behavioral Model – Behavioral model is the appropriate model for such scenarios where we need to demonstrate the right behavioral approach that look logical, ethical and professional for the employee a well as for the organization. Behavioral model helps us in making the right approach for appropriate behavior in making the right decision for the scenario.
  • Ethical Model – We would also like to ensure that the ethical models are also complied in such situations and we as a manager should demonstrate the ethical approach in the behavior and decision making for the employee and business.

We will use these models in the behavior demonstration in the work place with employees and other managers. For any decision making required in the business, we will like to abide by the behavioral, rational and ethical model, so that we can create right culture at the work place. We will apply this models as and when needed. We will apply this in the decision we are making for the business, for employee, for performance reviews, conflict managements, purchasing decision, compensation and package decisions etc. Thus in all managerial actions, we would like to demonstrates these models appropriately.
