I suggested starting launching the product at a larger scale which will include all calling employees who would be selling our product. This will create an awareness among the people who would be selling the product actually. This really helped as sales number increased by a good number and this marketing initiative was then followed for all the products.
So, in short, the initiative was to launch a new product with an event so that awareness can be built in the market and this has very positively helped the organization to grow as far as sales are concerned.
