BH2F is expected to have the largest dipole moment because F (fluorine) is the most electronegative element in chemistry so it makes a very strong bond with boron. Since Boron forms trigonal planer geometry if it forms single bonds only. Now in BCl3 and BF3 all dipole moment will cancel out to each other and since BH2Cl Cl is less negative than F so net dipole miment will highest in BH2F.
