The numbering starts from alkyne side so we have six carbons and alkyne is at 2 position and bromine and methyl are at 5 position

So name is

5-bromo-5-methyl-2-hexyne

In the first carbon it has double bond so it is sp2 hybridisation

And in the second carbon it has triple bond so it is sp hybridisation

Sp hybridisation has triple bond in that it has 1 sigma and 2 pi bonds
