  1. The main purpose of a presentation is to explain the advantages or disadvantages of the subject explained. So that a decision may be taken for or against the subject.
  1. The main advantage of speaking over writing is that we can clarify any doubts of the listener on the spot. Speaking carries more power to influence a person than writing. In speaking we can try different approaches if the listener is not getting influenced. This is not possible in case of writing.
  1. To persuade the readers, the speaker should include motivational and emotional appeal in his speech. This will help to influence the readers and they will be persuaded to take the action.
  1. Informative speech is mainly concerned with explaining the subject and facts associated with it. The main purpose of informative speech is to provide detail and true information to the listener rather than influencing or persuading them directly. Thus informative speech should focus on the subject matter
