this answer doesn't account for the particular solution of charge. it assumes that Q(t) = Qc... as far as i can tell, the equation should be: Q(t)=(C1)e^(-1000t)+(C2)e^(-4000t)+(3/1000000) This makes the values for "A" and "B" in this answer incorrect. any advice?
