The project of Biological Treatment of Contaminated Water in Dallas, Texas expected to be executed in a period of 180 days. Each phase is expected to take a duration of 60 days. Testing of the results will then follow for a period of 10 days. By the end of the 180 days, the team should have successfully carried out the three major phases of the project. The testing and the confirmation of the treated water for human consumptions should have been completed in a span of the stated 10 days.

Question:

Why do you think six months is sufficient time to accomplish all of the objectives and scope of the project?

The project of Biological Treatment of Contaminated Water in Dallas, Texas expected to be executed in a period of 180 days.

.Each phase is expects to have a duration of 60 days.

Testing of the results will then follow for a period of 10 days.

There are 3 phases which needs to be completed.

Each phase will minimum require 60 + 10 = 70 days to be completed

If the phases are interconnected and lined up one after the other , minimum days required will be 70 * 3 = 210 days

Approx 7 months

However, if the work can be speed up , phases may get completed in 6 months time.

If the phases are not interconnected, the phases may get completed within 70 days if worked parallel to it

i.e 2-3 months the phases may get completed if there are ample resources who can work for the same.
