Mean = (32.52+32.14+32.61+32.75)/4 = %32.50

Standard deviation =
|32.50-32.52| = .02
|32.50-32.14| = .36
|32.50-32.61| = .11
|32.50-32.75| = .25
(.02+.36+.11+.25)/4= .19 So the standard deviation is .19

Relative deviation = .19/32.50=.0058 or %0.58

B) Yes, %32.14, because it deviates too far from the average.
